The Kenneth L. Anderson Prize honors Kenneth L. Anderson, AIA (1939-91). Anderson served as chief of the HABS program 1985-88. He was a graduate of Texas Tech University. The Prize is given annually to the entry from a Texas university that places highest in the Charles E. Peterson Prize competition. If a year is not listed below, it means the prize was not awarded that year. The award amount is $500. The award fund was established by Texas Tech University. Since 2009, it has been administered by the Texas Architectural Foundation.
