SUMMER DAY CAMPS - 2025
This year, we are having two different camps. One will be located at Chickamauga Battlefield, while the other will be located at Point Park, on Lookout Mountain. These camps are FREE, yet do require registration. This camp is designed for rising 4th graders to rising 6th graders. Here are the dates for this years' camps:
Tuesday, June 24 - Friday, June 27: Chickamauga Battlefield (Meet at 263 Dyer Road, Chickamauga, GA 30707) - Registration Closed - Camp Full
Wednesday, July 16 - Friday, July 18: Lookout Mountain Battlefield (Meet at Point Park, 110 Point Park Road, Lookout Mountain, TN 37350) - Registration Closed - Camp Full
As with previous camps, parents/guardians will need to sign-in/sign-out their campers on a daily basis. The camps run from 9 am to 1 pm, with no lunch provided. However, we encourage campers to bring snacks and water, as we will have a 15 minute snack break in the morning. In addition to snacks, please be sure to send sunscreen and bug repellant.
To reserve a place at camp, please email chch_education@nps.gov to receive a registration form.
The deadline to register for camp is Monday,June 17.
