Environmental Factors

There are many environmental factors throughout history that have had a significant impact on the people, flora and fauna that populate Lowell. Many of these are the direct result of human interference. Human intervention can in some cases be the solution to these new problems, and in other cases allowing nature to take control is more beneficial.
