Junior Ranger

Activity Book for Kids!

We currently offer a Junior Ranger activity for those who are interested in participating. When you arrive, please don't hesitate to ask our staff about the Junior Ranger activity.

Rosie the Riveter/World War II Home Front National Historical Park is a place where you can learn about the stories of women and men who worked hard to help end World War II. Their bravery and determination played a significant role in shaping American history.

This activity book is designed to help you understand how the war impacted daily life in America and how Americans came together to support the war effort. Through its interactive exercises and educational content, you'll gain insight into the experiences of those who lived during this pivotal period in American history.

What is a Junior Ranger?

As a Junior Ranger, you will learn, explore, and protect our nation’s history, so that you can help us share these stories. The Junior Ranger program is an opportunity for you to engage with our park and earn a Junior Ranger Badge!

How do I become a Junior Ranger?

All you need to do is get the right number of points in your very own copy of the activity book. Be sure to ask for one when you arrive at the visitor center.

Please note: We are not able to mail out Junior Ranger books or badges. Our activity book is meant to be completed in the park visitor center. Thank you for your understanding.
