However, she is labeled as an adult in her burial entry as follows: "María Guadalupe Peña, adult - In the year of the Lord 1826 on the fifth day of April, having received the holy sacrament of penance and extreme unction, at about eleven years of age, María Guadalupe, daughter of José Antonio Peña and Victoria Anzar, Pimas of this village, returned her soul to the Creator. She was buried the next day in the cemetery of this church of Santiago de Cocóspera, for which truth I signed as above. Fr. Francisco Solano García"
