Notes: On September 18 in the year of the Lord 1822 I, Friar Francisco Solano García, Homilist Apostolic Minister of this mission of Santiago de Cocóspera, solemnly baptized a baby boy who was born on the 16th of the same month and year, whom I gave the name of Cipriano. He is the legitimate son of José Antonio Peña and Victoria Anzar, children of this village. His godparents were José Galan and Josefa Corona, residents of this village, whom I advised of their spiritual relationship and other obligations, and for which truth I signed as above. Fr. Francisco Solano García

On April 16 in the year of the Lord 1826, Cipriano, who was about four years of age, returned his soul to the Creator. He was the son of José Antonio Peña and Victoria Anzar, Pimas of this village. His body was buried the next day in the cemetery of this church of Santiago de Cocóspera, for which truth I signed on as above. Fr. Francisco Solano García
