Notes: 3 - Bernardo, infant Pima. In the year of the Lord 1824 on the 21st day of August, I, Fray Francisco Solano García, Apostolic Preacher and Minister of this mission of Santiago de Cocóspera, solemnly baptized a child who was born the day before, whom I gave the name of Bernardo. He is the legitimate son of Faustino and Rosa Cuestas, children of this village. His godfather was José Antonio Martínez, whom I advised of this spiritual parentage and other obligations, an for the truth I signed as above. = Fray Francisco Solano García (rubric)
