En el Territorio de Arizona a los doce días del mes de junio de mil ochocientos sesenta y siete, el Señor Cura Juan Salpointe bautizó solemnemente y puse el Santo Oleo y Crisma a José Antonio Indaso de tres y medio meses de nacido, hijo legítimo de Antonio Indaso y de Juana Ortega. Fue padrino Santos Lizarraga, a quien advertió su obligación y parentesco espiritual.

In the Territory of Arizona on the 12th day of the month of June of 1867, the Lord Priest Don Juan Salpointe solemnly baptized and anointed with holy oil and chrism José Antonio Indaso, born three and a half months before, the legitimate son of Antonio Indaso and Juana Ortega. His godfather was Santos Lizarraga, whom he advised of his obligation and spiritual relationship.
