Hey Fourth Graders! See America’s Natural Wonders and Historic Sites for FREE

With the Every Kid Outdoors pass, fourth graders, educators, and parents/guardians can help kids get a FREE pass that grants access to ALL National Parks and federal fee areas for an entire YEAR!

Who is eligible for the pass?

• Fourth Graders: Any fourth grader in the United States.
• Educators: Teachers at U.S. or U.S. military schools, or adults who engage fourth graders through youth-serving organizations such as camp directors, home-school leaders, after-school leaders, or religious group leaders.
• Parents/Guardians: Parents or guardians of fourth graders can help their children obtain the pass.

Planning to get your pass while visiting Cabrillo National Monument?

• Make sure the fourth grader and the voucher (paper pass) are with you.
• Turn your voucher in for a hard copy pass at the Entrance Station.
• Passes are available daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
