WELLFLEET, Mass.– The National Park Service (NPS) is offering new food truck operation opportunities for the 2025 season at Herring Cove Beach in Provincetown, MA. Food trucks will be authorized to provide food and beverage services between July and Labor Day. A maximum of four food trucks will be authorized through a Commercial Use Authorization (CUA) to operate simultaneously on a given day within designated spaces at the Herring Cove Beach parking area, adjacent to the bathhouses. Applicants who meet park-specified qualifications will be entered into a lottery and randomly selected.

Interested individuals or organizations may learn more about this opportunity and submit their applications online at: https://cua.nps.gov/. Applications must be submitted by May 19, 2025.

Herring Cove Beach is located just outside of downtown Provincetown. It’s the only National Seashore beach on Cape Cod Bay. It’s popular for whale watching from shore, tidal pools for kids, calm waters, distant views of Race Point Lighthouse, and stunning sunsets. With its handicap accessibility, seasonal restrooms and showers, and the Province Lands Bike Trail nearby, Herring Cove Beach bustles with activity throughout the year.

Interested individuals and organizations may contact the Commercial Services Office at 508-957-0706 or e-mail us for further information.
