Regiment moved to New York February 21, and there embark February 27 on Steamer "Fulton" for Ship Island, Miss., arriving there March 8. Regiment lost during service 1 Officer and 13 Enlisted men killed and mortally wounded and 3 Officers and 178 Enlisted men by disease. Total 195.
