This amphitheater was built during the Mission 66 era. Modern renovations were completed in 2024, featuring a new stage and accessible paths. The original design included seating for over 100 people. During renovations, the benches were salvaged and restored.
You are welcome to come visit the amphitheater. Parking is located in the Saddlehorn Picnic Area parking lot, which is located right next to one of the trails leading to the amphitheater. During the summer, ranger programs and other special events are presented here. For a schedule of events in the monument, visit our calendar.
