Add My CommonSpot Section Security Permission

To change permissions for an existing left pane, click the associated edit icon in the My CommonSpot Section Security dialog. The Add My CommonSpot Section Security Permission dialog displays in edit mode as shown below.

For new users, access this dialog by clicking Next in either the My CommonSpot Section Security - Add Users or My CommonSpot Section Security - Add Groups dialog.

Check/uncheck View Section to control panel visibility for the selected user or group.

Note: This dialog is the same for both Add and Edit. Only the title is different (Add/Edit).
