Tinted post card from around 1950. This is the same building that was first built by the Woodman of the Union, four stories tall, brick with light colored glazed terra cotta window surrounds and balconies. The building sits on the corner of two streets and the main doorway faces the corner. There are blinds on the street level windows, but no awnings at this time. To the left of the National Baptist building, across the street, is a pink colored brick building with a sign that reads 'Recreation Center.' There is a sedan parked in front of that building and one on the side street by the National Baptist. There are two men standing in the doorway of the National Baptist.
