  1. Look up the definitions of "legacy" using at least three different sources.
  2. Choose the one definition that most closely explains why Herbert Hoover's contributions to the world are considered a legacy.
  3. From that definition, what do you think is and/or should be Herbert Hoover's legacy? Has it changed over time? For better or worse?
