Patchogue, NY – The National Park Service invites you to relax and relieve stress this summer during free yoga classes on the Patchogue River. In partnership with the Friends of Fire Island National Seashore, the NPS will offer four free morning sessions in July and August at the Patchogue Ferry Terminal for beginners and intermediate yoga students.
“These yoga classes will draw from my background in ballet and fitness to create unique sequences that inspire you to deepen your practice,” says instructor Rachel Kladias, who also offers free yoga classes at the Patchogue-Medford Library.
Ms. Kladias is a 200HR-RYT Yoga Alliance certified instructor who began practicing in 2000. “Participants of all levels can expect to be challenged, have fun, and gain real physical and mental benefits to their overall health and wellbeing,” said Ms. Kladias.
