History Kids Reading Adventures Club
(Ages 4 to 10)


Our 2026 theme is:
“America” – 250 Years of Change-Makers”

Join a park educator to read a new children’s book (with pages on the big screen) and then participate in an indoor activity or outdoor adventure.

Time Travelers’ Reading Adventures Club
Ages 7-12

The Red Badge of Courage (a graphic novel adaptation)
by Steve Cuzor

Join us as we explore two great books for young readers through read-alouds, activities and adventures.

Free of charge, and recommended for families with children ages 7-12.
