The African American Civil Rights Network Program, a program associated with the National Park Service Park History Office, is a co-sponsor of the event.

The event will be in partnership with the National Underground Railroad Network to Freedom Program, Harriet Tubman National Historical Park, Maryland Park Service, The National Council for the Traditional Arts, National Parks Conservation Association, Chesapeake Conservancy, Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad Educational Center, Dorchester County Historical Society, Caroline County Office of Tourism, and Chesapeake Bay Foundation.
