Join us for the Centennial Film Festival each weekend in January and February of 2016, at2:00 p.m., in the Homestead National Monument of America Education Center. This year will feature popular movies filmed at National Park Service sites across America. January 23 and 24 the film festival will showcase Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. When Dr. Henry Jones Sr. goes missing while pursuing the Holy Grail, eminent archaeologist Indiana Jones finds the search for his father, and the Grail, are much harder than expected. "This movie has numerous scenes filmed in Death Valley National Park, located in southern California. This amazing National Park Service site proudly claims to be the hottest, driest, lowest place in North America! Come and enjoy this exciting film with us," stated Superintendent Mark Engler. Film Festival Schedule: Remember, Homestead National Monument of America has an exciting schedule of events planned for 2016.
