Hot Springs, Ark. - Beginning Monday, September 12 and continuing through Wednesday, September 14, the cold spring water jug fountain located on Fountain Street will be temporarily out of service for maintenance upgrades.
The cold spring water jug fountain located on Whittington Ave. will be open during this time.
