Lesson Plans and Information For Teachers
Please remember that all school groups must have a reservation. The park needs at least a two-week window to prepare for your visit. You may call the visitor center if you have any additional questions or needs.
Lesson Plans - We currently have two Lesson Plans for 3rd grade through 5th grade students. You may select them, below.
Higher Grades - For higher grades and college students, you may contact the visitor center and speak to the staff, who can provide suggestions for your site visit.
Additional Materials - We really encourage teachers to explore our website and gather information from the many sections available. Teachers can learn information from subjects such as History and Culture to Natural Resources. However, we have also created some education-focused pages that can be accessed at the links below the Curriculum section on this web page. You may share those links with your students.
