Park officials have reopened inbound lanes at Joshua Tree National Park entrance stations today, December 27, 2019, at 9 am. Inbound lanes were closed yesterday during a winter storm that caused dangerous road conditions. Please note that while the entrances are open, many areas of the park are still impassable, including some roads, campsites, and parking lots.
Keys View, Odelle, Big Horn, and Pine City roads will remain closed until further notice. Please check the park website for road updates and continue to drive with caution. Roads may be icy.
