Nothing is Better than a Picnic

You're invited to enjoy shaded picnic areas located throughout the park. Bring your own meal, or pick up a few snacks from one of our marinas or stores. Most picnic areas have grills and restrooms, and a few having drinking water. Picnicking is also welcome on all beaches. Please be sure to clean up all of your litter and leave glass and Styrofoam at home.

 

Group events at picnic areas

Interested in having a group event of 25 or more people at a picnic area? Please contact our special park use permit office*.

*The permit process covers the group event ONLY. It does NOT provide a reservation of a picnic area. Picnic areas are on a first come, first served basis regardless if you have a special park use permit.
