Mary McLeod Bethune and the NCNW hosted many affairs at the Council House and food was certainly a welcomed addition to meetings, formal gatherings and other types of events. In celebration of Women's History Month, watch Ranger Lasean Robinson demonstrate how to cook one of the popular dishes served at NCNW meetings, discuss the importance of food to NCNW’s culture, and show areas of the home where staff and others prepped and prepared food.
