In honor of the 146th Anniversary of Mary McLeod Bethune's Birth, and due to the pandemic and the need for social distancing, we have once again made our Annual Bus Tour a virtual one! This week's stop takes us to a home located just a few minutes away from the Council House. Did you know that Mrs. Bethune and her friend, educator Nannie Helen Burroughs, started an organization in the 1920s? Join us as we take a look at a lesser-known organization called the National Association of Wage Earners.
