- 11:45 a.m. Tactical scenario: Elm Brook Hill to Samuel Hartwell
- 12:15 p.m. Scenario ends. Crown Forces clear weapons in the road near Samuel Hartwell site (light infantry in the woods behind Sam’l Hartwell), and militia clear in the Hartwell Orchard. Water is available at Hartwell barn and Smith House.
- 12:30 p.m. March to Paul Revere Capture site for a brief rest
- 1:00 p.m. Tactical scenario: Parker’s Revenge to Bluff
- 1:20 p.m. Scenario ends. Clear weapons, collect ammunition (NPS)

- 11:00 a.m. –Formal Evacuee program at Smith House
- 11:20 a.m. –Militia company arrive at Smith House
- 11:25 a.m. –Mounted alarm rider arrives at Hartwell Tavern.
- 11:30 a.m. –Mounted alarm rider arrives at Smith House. Militia company begin march to Hartwell
- 11:30 a.m. –Hartwell Tavern closed and visitors moving to safe areas behind rope lines. ("family" stays inside)
- 11:30 to 11:40 –Elm Brook group evacuates toward Smith House in small groups along with Hartwell group.
- 11:45 am. –Evacuation of "family" at Hartwell Tavern via ox cart.
- 11:55 a.m. –Evacuation of Smith House.
- 12:30 p.m. –Brief rest at Nelson house
- 12:45 – 1:00 p.m. Evacuees process along route of Parker's Revenge demonstration area. First person, no interaction with Guides or visitors. Evacuation of family via oxcart from Whittemore House. Exit demonstration area at the Bluff at 1:00 p.m.
British Army Followers
Friday, April 18
- 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Drop off camp equipage and props at Minute Man Visitor Center (arrange time with Jim Hollister)
Saturday, April 19
- 8:00 a.m. Registration opens at Minute Man Visitor Center
- 8:00 - 9:15 a.m. Set up on lawn in front of Minute Man Visitor Center
- 9:30 - 4:30 p.m. Camp open to the public - Informal interpretation
Shuttles
- 10 shuttle Buses will be staged next to the sporting field at Minuteman High School (see attached map and schedule). They will arrive at 1pm and, once the tactical demonstration is over, will be making runs to the various parking areas.
- 2 buses will be making an early run to bring Farmer’s Company to Meriam’s Corner in time for the Edmond Foster program scheduled for 3pm.
- 2 buses will make an early run to Hartwell Tavern for those staffing Hartwell and doing the aftermath program scheduled for 3pm
- 8 buses (including the 4 previously mentioned) will make regular runs to Hartwell Tavern and Noah Brooks Tavern from 1:30 - 4pm
- 2 buses will be available until 5pm.
- 2 additional buses, provided by the Lexington Minute Men and Town of Lexington, will be staged in the Fiske Hill / Old Mass Ave parking area to bring the Lexington Militia, Lincoln Minute Men and Acton Minute Men to the Lexington parade immediately following the Parker’s Revenge Tactical Demonstration.
