Game Board

ca. late 19th – early 20th century

Repurposed from a wooden dynamite box and wire nails, this game board has “Eagle Cliff” in black paint on the reverse. The checkerboard pattern was precisely laid out by inscribing the lines into the wood, then painting in the black pattern. It was likely made during the time William F. Keys was mining in the area.
