Pump House

The pump house pumped water to the buildings around the farm

From the 1830s until the 1980's this building provided water for the early residents and even park visitors to Connemara.  A reservoir located near the top of Glassy Mountain provided the water supply.  A pump in this building then sent water to the house, the pond in front of the house and down to the barn.
