Located in the slopes of Valle San Antonio, the San Antonio Cabin stands as a reminder of the caldera's ranching past. Built by the Bond family in 1947, who owned the land from 1918 to 1962, the cabin was the home of ranch hand Richard Fitzgerald and his wife. From this location, Fitzgerald could tend to the cattle that grazed in this part of the caldera.
