Description
Eisenhower NHS will be offering free Open House holiday tours of the Eisenhower home in December 2023. These tours will consist of self-guided walk throughs of the Eisenhower home. Visitors may come and tour the home at any time during these designated dates and hours, which are listed below. Tours meet in front of the Eisenhower home.
Free parking is available on-site. Visitors are advised to dress for the elements when visiting as most of the site visit takes place outdoors. Note that in the event of inclement weather or icy conditions, these tours will be cancelled. Check the park website and park Facebook page for timely updates.
December Open House tours of the Eisenhower home will take place on the following dates and during these designated hours. Only 40 visitors may be in the home at a time, so be prepared to wait outside if the house is at capacity:
- Friday, December 1, 11 am through 2 pm.
- Saturday, December 2, 11 am through 2 pm.
- Thursday, December 7, 11 am through 2 pm.
- Friday, December 8, 11 am through 2 pm.
- Saturday, December 9, 11 am through 2 pm.
- Thursday, December 14, 11 am through 2 pm.
- Friday, December 15, 11 am through 2 pm.
- Saturday, December 16, 11 am through 2 pm.
- Thursday, December 21, 11 am through 2 pm.
- Friday, December 22, 11 am through 2 pm.
- Saturday, December 23, 11 am through 2 pm.
- Thursday, December 28, 11 am through 2 pm.
- Friday, December 29, 11 am through 2 pm.
- Saturday, December 30, 11 am through 2 pm.
Note: On these dates, visitors must be at the Eisenhower home by 2 pm to tour the house. Visitors arriving after 2 pm may not be accommodated for a house tour.
