Description

Did you attend our Wildlife Track and Sign investigation program, and want to learn more about tracking? Come join the National Park Service (NPS) in a Wildlife Tracking series as part of our Working Woodlands Workshops taking place through the month of March. In this first installment of our Wildlife Tracking workshop series on March 1st, from 12:00-1:00 PM NPS Ranger and Science Communication Specialist, Ed Sharron, will walk us through how to track bobcats, coyotes, and their closely related family members. Family friendly event. Co-hosted with Billings Farm and Museum on Zoom, and co-sponsored by Vermont Coverts and Vermont Woodlands Association. Live closed captioning available. We recommend watching the recording of the Wildlife Track and Sign investigation if you did not attend the program for more background on the basics of wildlife tracking. The recording is viewable at: https://youtu.be/iCcwa_b1NV4
