Description
This Preservation Month, learn the history of the legendary Longley Building, a Woonsocket landmark built in 1890. Named for Charles E. Longley, this structure is part of the Main Street District of Woonsocket, an area listed on the National Register of Historic Places. For more than a century, dozens of business owners have had a premier view of Woonsocket's Main Street from inside the Longley Building. Hear their stories and get a new perspective on history in Providence, Pawtucket, and Woonsocket.
