Description

A husband-and-wife team, RON AND NATALIE DAISE have performed cultural programs about Gullah Geechee heritage for more that 30 years. They also starred in Nick Jr. TV’s award-winning Gullah Gullah Island and have received numerous awards. Each also performs independently. 

NATALIE DAISE is a visual artist, speaker, storyteller, and creator/performer of Becoming Harriet Tubman and other one-woman presentations. Her first book, Okra Stew, will debut in fall 2023. A published author, writer, cultural interpreter, and performer, RON DAISE is librettist and performer of Sankofa: Return and Get It, which recently premiered with the Wilmington Symphony Orchestra.

RON AND NATALIE reside in Georgetown, SC, and have two adult children.
