Kwanzaa is an African American celebration that focuses on traditional African values of family, community responsibility, commerce, and self-improvement.
To celebrate Kwanzaa,
The African Burial Ground National Monument will stream daily videos featuring the seven different principles of Kwanzaa.
Daily videos will include:
- Spoken Word / Poetry
- Presentations
- Performances
- Workshops
- Art
- Activities for the whole family to enjoy.
