Description
Join us for a fun day of free activities for junior rangers! Kids of all ages can learn all about different park ranger jobs.
- Do a scavenger hunt for native trees
- See how park rangers protect the preserve on land and water
- Help scientists look for dragonflies in a pond
- Look inside a firefighter vehicle
- Learn how to paddle a canoe
- Check out park construction and maintenance vehicles
Complete all the activities to earn a junior ranger badge!
Hungry? Grab a bite at the Boss Burger food truck.
All the activities will be in an accessible outdoor space at the visitor center parking lot and picnic area. ASL interpreters will be on-site for Deaf and hard of hearing individuals.
