Sugar Hill Gang, Rob Base and Spur of the Moment headline 49th annual event

Join the National Park Service for the 2021 Virtual Fort Dupont Summer Event Series. You’re invited to live watch parties featuring free, family-friendly performances from a range of R&B, hip-hop, jazz, soul, go-go and world artists each Saturday at 7:30 p.m. EDT, starting July 31.

The Fort Dupont Park Summer Event Series began in 1972 and has become a beloved celebration of music for the DC metro area. This annual celebration brings together Greater Washington area communities to enjoy incredible music from national, regional and local artists. This summer, the National Park Service continues the tradition virtually to ensure the safety of park visitors, performers, employees, volunteers and partners. We look forward to celebrating the 50th anniversary of Fort Dupont Park concerts in-person next year. Visit us at www.nps.gov/fodu, on Twitter: #fortdupontpark and on Instagram: foduparkseries
