Description
Luminarias will be lit in remembrance and acknowledgement of the atomic bombings of Japan in August of 1945. This year, luminarias will feature messages of peace written by the public ahead of the Los Alamos, August 8 event (more details to come). Want to share a message of peace?
Beginning on July 22 through Aug 8, stop by the Manhattan Project Los Alamos Visitor Center, 475 20th Street Los Alamos, NM 87544 during normal business hours: Friday - Monday, 10 am - 3 pm, MST to leave your messages of peace ahead of the August 8 event.
