Harvest on the Raisin Monroe, Michigan – The River Raisin National Battlefield Park will host the Friends of the River Raisin’s annual Harvest on the Raisin event on Saturday, October 1, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. River Raisin National Battlefield Park Visitor Center Grounds 333 North Dixie Highway Monroe, MI 48162.
Catch a small glimpse on what harvest season was like along the River Raisin during the 18th and 19th centuries as they prepared for winter. Fun activities wait for all to participate, including: spinning, quilting, ropemaking, tomahawk throwing, demonstrations, period games and much more.
