Description
Cuyahoga Valley National Park and more than 20 community partners invite you to kick off Earth Month at this free evening event. We’ll be exploring how trees are good medicine for our community.
Tree Giveaway
Akron residents can pick up two small trees per household (one with edible fruit and one native) while supplies last. Our priority areas are the East and South neighborhoods.

- 6 pm – Devon Range, community forester, Western Reserve Land Conservancy
Devon will share his experiences and lessons learned as a leader in the Cleveland Tree Coalition - 6:30 pm – A panel discussion on “The Benefits of Expanding Akron’s Tree Canopy”
