Arrival at Don White Memorial Park, 925 (B) Riverside Rd Roswell, GA. There are restrooms and water fountains at this location. Participants will leave vehicles and ride shuttle to paddle starting point at Garrard Landing, returning to Don White at the end of the paddle.Dates & Times

Note that finish time is approximate. We will meet at 9am, take the shuttle to the drop-in point, and paddle for approximately 3 hours back to our starting point.

Join a group paddle with our official park Friends group, Chattahoochee National Park Conservancy!
Description: CNPC is excited to partner with Nantahela Outdoor Center to bring you this unique program. Spend a morning with us on the beautiful Chattahoochee River. We will meet at Don White Memorial Park and be shuttled to the drop-in location at Garrard Landing. Once in the water, we will explore the river's geography, history, and biodiversity. This paddle is perfect for all levels, and children over thirteen are welcome to join us on our paddle.
Fee: $55 + tax and fees
Facilities: Restrooms are located in the parking lot
Difficulty: Mostly flat water. This trip is approximately 8 miles and will take about 3 hours.
Bring: Dress appropriately for the weather in clothing that can get wet. Remember to bring water and snacks, and pack binoculars. Sunscreen and bug spray are also encouraged.
Restrictions: No Children under 13 and No Dogs
