On this page you will find directions to the five cabin camp areas within Prince William Forest Park. Please note that a permit is required to reserve and enter all cabin camp areas. Cabin camp areas can be rented for individual or group camping.
Camps 1 & 4

From Points North Use Interstate 95 South. Take exit 152B west toward Manassas on Highway 234 Dumfries Road. Continue straight for four miles. Get in the left lane. Turn left on Pleasant Road. Pleasant Road starts out paved but quickly turns to gravel. Bear left at a bend in the road. Cabin Camp 1 is the next driveway to the right. Cabin Camp 4 is at the end of Pleasant Road.
From Points South Use Interstate 95 North. Take exit 152B west toward Manassas on Highway 234 Dumfries Road. Continue straight for four miles. Get in the left lane. Turn left on Pleasant Road. From Points West Travel east on State Highway 234 Dumfries Road to approach the park. Turn right on Pleasant Road. Pleasant Road starts out paved but quickly turns to gravel. Bear left at a bend in the road. Cabin Camp 1 is the next driveway to the right. Cabin Camp 4 is at the end of Pleasant Road.
Camp 3

From Points North Use Interstate 95 South. Take exit 150. Turn right on Park Entrance Road. After stopping at the entrance station, continue on Park Entrance Road. Turn left on Scenic Drive. In one mile, turn right into Cabin Camp 3.
From Points South Use Interstate 95 North. Take Virginia exit 150. At the stopsign at the bottom of the exit ramp, turn left. Continue on Joplin Road for three-quarters of a mile. Turn right on on Park Entrance Road. After stopping at the entrance station, continue on Park Entrance Road. Turn left on Scenic Drive. In one mile, turn right into Cabin Camp 3.
From Points West Travel east on State Highway 234 Dumfries Road until it reaches Interstate 95. Take Interstate 95 South. Take the next exit, exit 150, on to Joplin Road Highway 619. Turn right on on Park Entrance Road. After stopping at the entrance station, continue on Park Entrance Road. Turn left on Scenic Drive. In one mile, turn right into Cabin Camp 3.
Camps 2 & 5

From Points North Use Interstate 95 South. Take Virginia exit 150 onto Joplin Road, Highway 619. Continue on Joplin Road for four and a half miles. Turn right on Mawavi Road. Mawavi Road is gravelled. In one-eighth of a mile, the road comes to a T. Cabin Camp 2 is to the left. Cabin Camp 5 is to the right.
From Points South Use Interstate 95 North. Take Virginia exit 150. At the stopsign at the bottom of the exit ramp, turn left. Continue on Joplin Road for five miles. Turn right on Mawavi Road. Mawavi Road is gravelled. In one-eighth of a mile, the road comes to a T. Cabin Camp 2 is to the left. Cabin Camp 5 is to the right.
From Points West From the community of Independent Hill, use Joplin Road Highway 619 to approach the park. Turn left at Mawavi Road. Mawavi Road is gravelled. In one-eighth of a mile, the road comes to a T intersection. Cabin Camp 2 is to the left. Cabin Camp 5 is to the right.
