Join a ranger for a guided paddle through the last remaining large section of old-growth bottomland forest remaining in the United States. Keep an eye out for white-tailed deer, otters, beavers, and other wildlife that call Congaree home.
- Tour participants will meet the ranger at the South Cedar Creek Canoe Landing at 10:00 AM.
- All participants must be able to swim without the aid of a flotation device.
- Each canoe must have one participant who has prior experience paddling canoes or kayaks.
- Children 6 and older are permitted when accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.
- One person may reserve up to 6 spaces. (The maximum tour size is 12 participants).
