Shelton House at Rural Plains:
The Shelton House at Rural Plains is open for seasonal tours Saturday and Sunday, 1:00pm to 3:00pm, weather dependent (heat advisory can cause closure of the Shelton House. Contact park or check website alerts for closures)
Shelton House 2025 seasonal tour dates are May 3 - June 29.
Grounds and walking trails around the house at the Totopotomoy Creek Battlefield are open from sunrise to sunset.
