The National Park Services' night skies program has been measuring night skies brightness in parks since 2001. This interactive map shows the locations that data have been collected. Once you select a data site there is a thumbnail fisheye image that displays the data that were collected. For more information click on the site to give you five metrics and a link to a snapshot data report with images of the site.
