Located in northcentral Utah, Timpanogos Cave National Monument protects a cave system, comprised of three caves, that sits high on Mount Timpanogos. The cave system has beautifully decorated rooms and is known for its high abundance of helictites, mineral formations that may grow in any direction, seemingly defying gravity.
