In an effort to conserve Bangladesh’s last rainforest, researchers have established a non-profit conservation organization and empowered community members to become parabiologists to monitor the health of the rainforest and its species. The effort utilizes modern technology as well as the traditional ecological knowledge of the Indigenous Mro community.
