This year Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park is excited to be offering our #HealthyParksHealthyPeople programming, including yoga, in conjunction with our partners at Billings Farm & Museum.

Join National Park Ranger, and certified yoga teacher, Jen Jackson for a balanced and invigorating yoga asana practice each Monday evening at Billings Farm & Museum this summer! This free, 60-minute Farm & Forest Flow is designed to help you reconnect with the land, with yourself, and with the community through movement, meditation, and shared experience.

The physical practice is an active vinyasa style with a mix of standing, kneeling, seated, and reclined postures. A variety of options and variations will be offered throughout the practice, making it suitable for students at any level of experience, including those new to yoga.

Practice will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m. Please arrive at the farm early to get settled in and join us for a tea service featuring herbs fresh from the Billings Farm garden at 5:15 p.m.

Class will be held outside on the lawn overlooking bucolic farm fields, the Ottauquechee River, and Blake Hill. In the event of rain or excessive heat, class will be cancelled. Decisions will be made no later than 4 p.m. on the day of each practice. Follow Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park and Billings Farm & Museum on social media to stay up to date on cancellations and other important class information.

Dress in comfortable, stretchy clothing, bring a bottle of water (refilling station available), and if possible, bring your own mat. We do have a limited supply of props available to borrow,

Classes are FREE and advanced registration is not required.

There will be no classes on June 24th or August 26th.
