Thing to Do
See Fort Rosalie

Discover how the town of Natchez came to be as you explore the wayside exhibits at the Fort Rosalie site. Enjoy a picnic in view of the remains of the fort that was the backbone to a European settlement that survived three different periods of European rule over the course of the 1700s (French, British, Spanish) and became the capital of the Mississippi Territory under United States governance at the end of the century.
