Group visits

Parking is limited at Weir Farm. If you would like to plan a visit to the park with a group arriving in more than two cars, please call ahead to speak with the group program coordinator and ensure programs and parking will be available. RVs, Oversized Vehicles, and Trailers

No RVs, camping trailers, coach buses or oversized vehicles are permitted at Weir Farm NHP. These vehicles should NEVER pull into the visitor parking lot, and are advised to drive directly to an alternative off-site parking location near the Park. Please contact the Park in advance to make arrangements for groups, buses, and RV parking. The alternative off-site parking location is at Gilbert and Bennett Cultural School (G&B). G&B is located at 49 New Street, Wilton near Caraluzzi's Market.

From the G&B school, RVs and trailers towing detachable vehicles can detach and drive their car to the Park, and those without an attached vehicle can call a taxi or use a car service app to obtain transportation to the Park and back.

Driving directions to off-site RV parking

To use GPS to navigate to the off-site parking area for RVs and trailers, we suggest inputting:

Traveling from the North (Hwy 84, Danbury/Ridgefield).

When traveling South on Route 7, you will see signs for Weir Farm at Route 102 - do not turn here. Continue traveling South on Route 7 toward Wilton CT. You will pass some restaurants and stores, and after a few stoplights you will see a grocery store (Caraluzzi's) and gas station (Shell) on your left. Take a left at the light just after the gas station, onto Route 107 (AKA School Street). Take your first right onto New Street and the Gilbert and Bennett Cultural Center (G&B) is on the righthand side. Please do not park in the spaces directly in front of the
building--right after the school, you will see a large parking lot on the righthand side where you can park for the day.

Traveling from the South (Norwalk, Wilton)

When traveling North on Route 7 from Norwalk/Wilton, take a right onto Route 107 (AKA School Street), at a stoplight just before the Shell Gas Station. Take your first right onto New Street and the Gilbert and Bennett Cultural Center (G&B) is on the righthand side. Please do not park in the spaces directly in front of the building--right after the school, you will see a large parking lot on the righthand side where you can park for the day.
