Highway 87 in Wind Cave National Park to Close for One Day

WIND CAVE NATIONAL PARK, S.D. – Ongoing road construction on Highway 87 in Wind Cave National Park will necessitate a one-day closure of the road. Depending on weather conditions, the closure could occur on Monday, June 25. If conditions are not favorable, the closure will be pushed back to Tuesday or Wednesday, June 26 or 27. The closure will extend from the junction of Highway 385 and Highway 87 to the Rankin Ridge Fire Tower access road.
